The placement cell of a college is a crucial department that facilitates the employment of students. The primary objective of the placement cell is to provide students with opportunities to get placed in companies according to their interests and qualifications. The cell acts as an intermediary between the students and the corporate world, creating a bridge for recruitment. It also arranges career guidance, workshops, and training sessions to improve students' soft and technical skills. The placement cell builds a database of students' resumes, which it shares with companies looking to recruit. With its persistent efforts, the placement cell plays a significant role in enhancing the employability of students and building a successful career.

The Training and Placement Cell has been established to act as a catalyst for the students in providing various facilities that support career decision making, exploring a diverse range of career opportunities and developing confidence and skills to choose the right career. The Placement Cell publicizes information about employment opportunities and arranges per-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, interviews etc. It provides employment opportunities through campus placements. The training and placement cell is committed to providing all possible assistance to the students in their efforts to find employment.
